2026: rates in EUR per studio per night incl. breakfast, excluding tourist tax (EUR 0,61 per day per person). The minimum booking length is two nights.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is EUR 0.61 per person per night and is payable in cash on site during your stay.
How to book
Kindly email us, and we will confirm availability as soon as possible.
Check-in and out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out before 10:00.
If you expect to arrive late, just let us know as you make your way here.
How to pay
To confirm your booking, we ask for a 25% deposit via bank transfer. The remaining amount is due two months before your arrival. If you’re booking less than two months before your holiday, the full amount will be payable upfront.
Cancellation
Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible, so please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
If you unexpectedly must cancel, we will do our best to re-let the studio and, if successful, we will refund your payment.
Parking
Free parking (outdoor).
Charging Station
Unfortunately, we do not have a charging station for electric cars. However, chargers are available in Biron (4,6KM with 2 22kW chargers) and Monpazier (7,2 KM with 2 22kW chargers).
Pets
No pets allowed.
Smoking
Sorry, smoking is not allowed in the studios and Tower apartment.
Guests with mobility impairments
Unfortunately, our B&B does not have wheelchair-accessible facilities. Due to stairs and thresholds, the accommodation is not suitable for guests who use a wheelchair.
