Tourist tax
The tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is EUR 0.61 per person per night (subject to confirmation, as 2026 rates have not yet been released) and is payable in cash on site during your stay.

How to book
Kindly email us, and we will confirm availability as soon as possible.
Check-in and out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out before 10:00.
If you expect to arrive late, just let us know as you make your way here.

How to pay
To confirm your booking, we ask for a 25% deposit via bank transfer. The remaining amount is due two months before your arrival. If you’re booking less than two months before your holiday, the full amount will be payable upfront.

Cancellation
Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible, so please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
If you unexpectedly must cancel, we will do our best to re-let the studio and, if successful, we will refund your payment.

Smoking
Sorry, smoking is not allowed in the studios and Tower apartment.
